Feed and Triage
Feed and Triage are teammate thread views. They help you review conversations in a more organized way than opening threads one by one.
Feed is the broader activity stream for a teammate. Use it when you want to browse ongoing work, recent conversations, task results, and activity across that teammate.
Triage
Section titled “Triage”Triage is for moving quickly through teammate threads that need review, a decision, or a response. Use it when you want to process work instead of browse everything.
Filters and sorting
Section titled “Filters and sorting”Use filters to focus the thread list:
- Everything
- Private
- Unread
- Open
- Closed
Use sorting to show latest threads or unread threads first.
Feed, Triage, and Inbox
Section titled “Feed, Triage, and Inbox”Feed and Triage are not your Inbox. They are views over a teammate’s threads. Inbox is your personal attention queue for items that generated notifications for you.
Use Feed to understand a teammate’s overall activity. Use Triage to clear focused teammate work. Use Inbox to process your own notifications.
