Workspace Settings
Open Settings for personal preferences and workspace administration. A Space’s own settings hold its shared AI configuration, access, connections, and automations.
Find the right setting
Section titled “Find the right setting”Settings are grouped into personal preferences, workspace controls, and Analytics. The sections you see depend on your role, app, and the features available in your workspace.

Open Settings → Analytics for the unified dashboard. Its Overview, Health, Usage, and Cost tabs share one page. To review spending, select the Cost tab.
Organization health
Section titled “Organization health”Open Settings → Analytics → Health to review execution outcomes and issues needing attention across the workspace. Administrators and owners can access it when usage analytics is available. Select a Space to inspect its automations, available connections, activity, and artifacts you can access. Select any owner-labeled Sidekick to inspect its cost, activity, daily thread counts, execution outcomes, and automation counts. Administrators cannot open their conversations, artifacts, or personal automation details through Analytics.
- Executions includes agent runs and code automation receipts. Running work is a current snapshot; completed and failed counts describe runs started in the selected date range. Running work also includes code runs awaiting an agent handoff.
- Needs attention highlights failed and blocked automations, including automations paused while waiting for input or after repeated failures. Follow each finding to its relevant settings.
- Space activity describes participation, not reliability. A quiet Space may run healthy autonomous work. Thread origins distinguish human, automation, agent, and imported activity.
- Connections includes workspace-wide grants inherited by a Space. Availability does not prove that an automation actually uses a connection.
- Cost includes usage outside Spaces, such as direct conversations, and reports model usage before allowances and credits.
Automations default to Failing and Connections default to Needs attention. Select All to see the full inventory; your filter selection stays in the URL.
Select a column heading in the Spaces & Sidekicks, Automations, or Connections table to sort. Select it again to reverse the order, and a third time to restore the default priority order. Findings separate the next action from owner, space, and timing context; expand Technical details or View request for the underlying explanation.
The view refreshes automatically while open and shows when data was generated. You can refresh it manually. Organization snapshots may be reused for up to one minute; the generated time identifies the snapshot shown. Space details check artifact access on every request. Space and date-range selections are included in the URL so you can bookmark or share the same view; access is checked for each viewer.
This view does not measure application uptime, missed schedules, queue delay, or integration sync freshness. Its coverage notes identify these gaps. No reported findings does not establish that the entire instance is healthy.
Query analytics through an agent
Section titled “Query analytics through an agent”Administrators and owners can ask a Type agent to query every data area in the dashboard. These tools are read-only and use the same analytics queries as the UI.

Start with get_organization_health for the organization overview, then pass an ID from its spaces array as spaceId to drill down. Both calls accept the same optional range as usage analytics, for example {"range":{"type":"preset","preset":"last_30_days"}}. Use get_organization_usage_catalog to discover usage metrics and supported date ranges.
Organization and viewer identity come from authentication. Space drilldowns preserve artifact visibility, and members and guests cannot call these organization analytics tools. Responses include coverage limitations; connection availability and activity alone do not prove operational health.
Notifications and following
Section titled “Notifications and following”Open Settings → Notifications to control what interrupts you. There is no Space-specific notification-default override.
Follow a Space or Channel to see new threads in Following. Subscribe to an individual thread for its updates in Notifications. Muting external delivery does not unfollow a Space, unsubscribe from a thread, or remove its activity from Inbox.

Space settings live with each Space
Section titled “Space settings live with each Space”Open a Space’s menu and choose Space settings to manage:
- Details, shared Instructions, and AI defaults.
- Visibility and member access.
- Connections available to the Space.
- Scheduled and event-driven automations.
- A read-only view of saved Space memory.
- Danger zone actions such as merging or archiving.
Skills live in the Space Library instead of settings.
