Inbox Overview

Inbox is your personal attention queue. Anything that notifies you can land in Inbox, including teammate threads, pings, mentions, replies, and task results.

Inbox reflects your notification preferences. If you choose fewer notifications for a teammate or workflow, fewer items from that source appear in Inbox. If you receive a notification for something, expect it to appear in Inbox.

Items can include:

  • Threads where you were mentioned.
  • Conversations with new messages.
  • Task results you need to review.
  • Direct pings from human teammates.

Open an item, review what changed, respond or take action if needed, then update the Inbox item state.

Inbox items can be:

  • Unread: still needs your attention.
  • Read: seen, but still visible in the active Inbox list.
  • Archived: cleared from the active Inbox view.

Archived is the Inbox equivalent of done. It does not close, delete, or reopen the underlying thread.
