Members and Access

Workspace members can collaborate with Type teammates based on each teammate’s visibility and membership.

Workspace members

Use workspace administration to invite, review, and manage members. Member access determines who can participate in the workspace. Workspace admins can set active members as members or admins from the Members section.

Teammate access

Public teammates are available broadly inside the workspace. Private teammates are limited to selected people. Sidekick remains private to its owner.

Access review checklist

When adding members or changing teammate access, review:

• Which teammates the person should see.
• Which connectors those teammates can use.
• Whether any threads contain sensitive context.
• Whether notification defaults are appropriate.
